Get invoice email info

GET /api/v2/billing/invoices/{id}/email-info

Return delivery history and current delivery targets for one invoice.

Use this before or after POST /api/v2/billing/invoices/{id}/actions/resend-email when an integration needs to explain where invoice emails go.

The response uses canonical to, ccRecipients, sentAt, and createdAt fields; it does not expose raw mail-provider payloads.
