Get hosting disk quota

GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/disk-quota

Return disk and inode quota for the shared-hosting account. limitBytes: null or inode limit: null means unlimited or no concrete limit was reported; underQuota is the server-computed safe/over-quota state.
