Authorize hosting SSH key

POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/ssh-keys/{fingerprint}/actions/authorize

Authorize an already imported shared-hosting SSH key so it is added to the hosting account authorized-keys file.

Use the key's public id from the list response as {fingerprint}.

The action is idempotent and returns 200 when the key is already authorized.

The sibling POST /ssh-keys imports and authorizes in one call; use this only for imported-but-unauthorized keys.
