Queue a bulk domain status sync

POST /api/v2/domains/bulk/status-sync

Queue asynchronous status synchronization for multiple domains.

Send public dom_... IDs in domainIds.

This refreshes each domain's state from the registry; it does not change nameservers, DNS records, contacts, or renewal settings.

The API verifies every submitted domain before queuing, so a foreign or invalid ID rejects the whole batch with Problem Details and per-item pointers.
