Renew shared hosting

POST /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/actions/renew

Create a renewal for a shared-hosting account. The body is normally empty; optional addonIds may include up to 20 add-ons. Existing unpaid renewal invoices return 409 existing_invoice_blocking with a payable invoice reference.
