Shutdown VPS

POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/actions/shutdown

Gracefully shut down a running VPS through the guest OS.

shutdown and stop both queue a power-off operation, but shutdown is graceful by default and stop is always forced.

Check GET /api/v2/vps/{id} actions.canShutdown before calling.

Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps data[].id.

Send no body for the normal graceful path.

Set force: true only as an escalation when the guest is unresponsive; if you already know you need immediate forced power-off, use POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/actions/stop instead.

Returns 202 with an operation envelope; poll operation.pollUrl until the job reaches a terminal status.
