Download support attachment

GET /api/v2/support/attachments/{id}

Download a support ticket attachment as binary data.

Use the full downloadUrl returned on GET /api/v2/support/tickets/{id} attachment objects; it contains both the public tatt_... attachment ID and the required ticketId query parameter.

The API verifies the attachment belongs to that ticket before fetching the blob.

Public support attachment ID. Get it from a support ticket detail attachment attachments[].id or messages[].attachments[].id. Do not invent this value; use the exact ID returned by the referenced API response.

Query Parameters

Public support ticket ID (tkt_...) from the ticket detail response. Required to bind the attachment download to an authorized ticket.

Responses

200 Attachment file bytes. The response body is not JSON. Content-Type reflects the stored file type — application/pdf for PDF files, otherwise an image/... type derived from the file extension — so rely on the filename in Content-Disposition rather than the declared type when saving the file.
