Release an empty routed IPv6 pool

DELETE /api/v2/routed-ipv6/{id}

Releases an account-level /48 only after all child routes have been removed.

Use pool IDs from GET /api/v2/routed-ipv6 pools[].id.

A released /48 enters a cooldown period (30 days by default) before the prefix can be reallocated; the cooldown end is returned in cooldownUntil.

A 200 response with released: false means the pool was not in a releasable state and nothing changed.
