Deprecated: VPS routed IPv6 state

GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/routed-ipv6

Routed IPv6 is managed at account level.

Use GET /api/v2/routed-ipv6 to list account /48 pools, route assignments, and eligible VPS destinations.

This VPS-scoped endpoint authenticates with read:network and always returns 410 routed_ipv6_moved with the replacement endpoint.
