Get VPS maintenance state

GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/maintenance

Return pending VPS maintenance changes, deadlines, prior extensions, and whether each deadline can be extended. Use pendingChanges[].deadline.id as deadlineId for POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/maintenance/actions/extend.
