Restore VPS snapshot

POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/snapshots/{snapshotId}/actions/restore

Roll the VPS back to a named snapshot.

Get {snapshotId} from GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/snapshots data[].name and check actions.canRestore before calling.

Snapshot restore is a fast local rollback from a short-lived block-on-write snapshot, not an offsite backup restore.

This is destructive: the current disk state is replaced by the selected snapshot.

The API queues an operation and returns a poll URL.
