Get invoice PDF

GET /api/v2/billing/invoices/{id}/pdf

Return the rendered invoice PDF as base64-encoded JSON.

This endpoint returns JSON instead of raw application/pdf so clients receive the file content, content type, filename, and byte length in one response.

Decode contentBase64 client-side and use filename as a suggested download name.
