Delete hosting SSH key

DELETE /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/ssh-keys/{fingerprint}

Deauthorize and delete an SSH public key from a shared-hosting account.

Use the key's public id from GET /api/v2/shared-hosting/{accountId}/ssh-keys as {fingerprint}.

SHA-256 and legacy MD5 fingerprints remain accepted for backwards compatibility.

The operation is idempotent after a valid identifier has been resolved: deleting an already absent key returns 204.
