Reset VPS root password

POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/actions/reset-password

Reset the root password for a VPS.

Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps data[].id.

The password must be 8-128 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number; passwords that miss a character class are rejected with 400 password_too_weak before the guest is touched.

The reset runs inline and returns an acknowledgement; the response does not echo the password.
