List VPS disks

GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/disks

Return the disk inventory for a VPS. Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps. Disk capacity and I/O values are derived from the same storage source as GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/storage; use /storage when you also need filesystem rows and aggregate block statistics.
