Start VPS

POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/actions/start

Start a stopped VPS.

Check GET /api/v2/vps/{id} actions.canStart before calling.

For other power transitions, use the dedicated shutdown, stop, restart, and reset actions.

Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps data[].id.

The route path selects the action, so no request body is required.

Returns 202 with an operation envelope; poll operation.pollUrl until the job reaches a terminal status.
