Delete email forwarder destinations

Remove destination bindings from a shared-hosting email forwarder, or remove a discard/noreply binding. Hosting forwarders are stored as source/destination pairs, so normal forwarding deletes must name the destinations to unbind. For a discard forwarder returned with action: "discard", send { "action": "discard" }. {address} can be a literal source address such as info@example.com or the efwd_... ID returned by the hosting forwarder list. This does not delete domain-level email-forwarding rules under /api/v2/domains/{id}/email-forwarding.
