Delete VPS firewall rule

DELETE /api/v2/vps/{id}/firewall/{pos}

Delete a firewall rule by position.

Get {pos} from GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/firewall rules[].pos; only delete rules where editable is true.

In current v2, that means customer-created inbound rules.

Outbound rules and firewall-group references shown by the read endpoint are read-only here.

Re-read the firewall list afterward because positions can shift after deletion.
