Restore VPS backup

POST /api/v2/vps/{id}/backups/{backupId}/actions/restore

Restore a VPS from one existing offsite backup.

This replaces the current disk state with the selected backup and can take longer than local snapshot rollback.

Get {id} from GET /api/v2/vps data[].id, get {backupId} from GET /api/v2/vps/{id}/backups backups[].id, and check actions.canRestore before calling.

Use snapshot restore instead when the user needs a fast short-lived rollback and a suitable snapshot exists.

The request body is intentionally empty; the path selects the backup.
